We have been working with people to help them discover what is important to them and take action to engage meaningfully in their lives. We bring together passion, creativity, motivation and empathy to empower you in through your life.

With over 15 years experience our founders come from a background of support work, community services and occupational therapy.

Our participants and service areas

We provide services for all age groups and with all needs. Our services are tailored to suit the needs of you as an individual. Services are provided in your home or community setting.

  • We currently service Brisbane, Ipswich and surrounds. Not sure if your area is covered - send us a message and we will let you know!

  • Currently we don’t have any groups actively running however we have some in the works.

    If there is a specific group you are after let us know!

    If you wish to be kept up to date on any groups offered send us a message and let us know so we can email you as soon as they are up and running.

  • During your intake process our practice manager will talk through your goals and link you up with the right worker. When your worker gets started, they will check in with you around your goals to ensure the service works for you.

    Throughout the service you have the ability to change and alter your goals to make sure that it suits you!

  • Where possible we want to be able to link you in with the worker of your choice. Occasionally this may be difficult due to availability of our staff - where this may not be possible, we will work with you to find an alternative worker who you are comfortable with and will be able to provide you with the experience you are after.
